Director of Product

This role serves as the critical link between customers, engineering, and leadership to shape and execute the product strategy for our zero-trust cybersecurity platform. The position owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from gathering market intelligence and customer requirements to driving implementation and go-to-market strategy.

Onsite or Remote Full-Time 1 Position Available Engineering

Your Role

Work closely with founding team to define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our decentralized, zero-trust cybersecurity platform
Engage with customers to gather requirements, drive pilot integrations and align the Solitude Labs product line with their most critical OT/ICS cybersecurity problems
Collaborate with engineering team to implement requirements and system architecture based on customer use case
Conduct market research, competitive analysis and use customer feedback to inform product decisions and go to market strategy
Stay up to date with current and emerging cybersecurity technologies as well as IT/OT security best practices
Take ownership of projects and initiatives and ensure high quality of deliverables

What We're Looking For

BS (MS/PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Computer & Electrical Engineering, Math, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of technical experience working on cybersecurity products (firewalls, VPNs, PKI solutions, IDS, IPS)
Strong cybersecurity domain expertise (OT/ICS cybersecurity experience preferred)
Strong understanding of computer networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.)
Strong understanding of embedded and distributed systems and the deployment/integration of said systems into customer environments
Enjoys owning projects end-to-end, from initial architecture through production deployment
Excited by ambiguity and rapid iteration
Motivated to solve difficult problems and work hard alongside other team members
US citizenship

Founding Software Engineer

We're seeking a versatile software engineer to architect and build our zero-trust cybersecurity platform while collaborating directly with the CTO on complex technical challenges and future team growth. This hands-on role combines deep technical work with customer engagement, requiring someone who can move fluidly between coding, system design, and translating user needs into rapid product iterations.

Onsite or Remote Full-Time 1 Position available Engineering

Your Role

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software for our zero-trust cybersecurity platform
Work closely with the CTO to solve our hardest technical problems
Help build out the engineering team over time
Collaborate with other team members and customers to implement requirements and rapidly iterate on product features
Drive the future architecture and development of our zero-trust cybersecurity platform
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and adopt best practices
Take ownership of projects and initiatives and ensure high quality of deliverables

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Rust (preferred), or C/C++, for embedded and distributed systems
